- In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

- Follow up on the signing process, circulation, and archiving of contracts, agreements, and other documents to ensure timely signing
- Maintain electronic and paper contract archives, regularly organize and update ledgers, and ensure document traceability
- Assist in digitizing supply management reports and optimize data entry, statistics, and analysis processes using tools such as PowerBi /Excel /VBA /Python
- Design report automation templates or tools to improve the efficiency of supply chain report data processing

- Supply chain management, computer related
- Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot tables, chart making), data analysis tools PowerBi, RBA…
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Possess strong data sorting and learning abilities, ensuring at least three months of employment
