- Lead several persons to focus on specific task / industrial field to fulfill the annual target
- Prepare professional technical proposals for robotic application systems, with focus on cost effectiveness, low risk, and ease of operation
- Provide technical and experienced inputs to customer inquiry/feedback review, and convert this information into an engineering offer with a logical cost estimation
- Ensure that design and engineering is in accordance with applicable codes, standards, practices and contractual requirements
- Prepare the technical presentations and present to customer
- Provide customers with professional consultation
- Lead the preparation of technical documentation for the delivered system
- Prepare the cost calculation of system to support sales’ offer.
- Initiatively develop and maintain the customer relationship from technical side.
- Performs other support sales relevant as required

- Bachelor or above,major in mechanics/engineering/robotics
- Over 8 years of experience in proposal design of automotive industry or robotics preferred,Including 1~2 years of management experiences, good management skills
- Good English communication abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
