工作内容：
1.Review demand forecast and develop master plans to ensure maximum manufacturing efficiencies as well as optimal inventory levels while enabling delivery to customer requirements, fully implement Central planning strategy in YZ plant.
2.Regular review inventory level for critical items and cooperate with scheduler and production team to manage urgent order and control MPS adjustments.
3.Responsible for daily/weekly scheduling, optimise the production capacity including the vessel/manpower utilization.
4. Collaborate with QC/ production to manage product with quality issue as well as HQ to clear slow moving for FG and/or RM in YZ plant.
5.Own inventory level to target expectations while ensure OTIF% performance.
6.Responsible for master data maintenance of plant 9020 and keep it updated on time.
7.Responsible for some key department reports etc. RUI( Requirement/Usage/Inventory) report, FG shortage report.
8. Complete work responsibilities in annual objective setting.
9. Perform HSE-S responsibilities according to HSE-S commitment letter.
10. Other tasks assigned by the company or superior.
任职要求：
- 五年以上生产计划与排程等同类岗位工作经验
- 大专或以上学历;
- 统计、物流管理、工业管理等相关专业.
- 熟练的生产计划与排程技能;
- 良好的数据统计、分析能力;
- 良好的逻辑思维能力;
- 良好的沟通表达、协调能力和团队合作精神;
- 优良的职业道德和职业素养.
- 有SAP经验为佳
