For our Finance team, we are looking for a Financial Advisor to help us drive Electrification & Automation business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.
You’ll make an impact by
- In charge of financial intelligent databases (such as Power BI, Python etc.) to collect, analyze, and visualize financial data. Integrate financial data with manufacturing operations data to provide comprehensive insights.
- Conduct in - depth analysis and provide actionable financial recommendations to support business decision - making. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and profit enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with the stakeholders. Ensure seamless data flow and integration between financial systems and other business systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
- Participate in financial process improvement projects. Review existing financial processes, propose optimization solutions based on SAP systems and financial intelligent databases, and drive the implementation of these improvements to enhance overall financial efficiency.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Your defining qualities
- Bachelor or above degree in Finance Big data/ Finance control major, A master's degree or professional accounting certification ACCA is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills and negotiation skills
- 1 - 2 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in a manufacturing. Experience in financial operations, cost accounting, and financial analysis is required.
- Strong problem - solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes in the financial upgrade process.
The skills you are expected to have
- Able to use data analysis tools such as ThinkCell, Qlik, Power BI, Python etc. etc.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication within our multinational team.
