Summary of role:
1 Support Sales team on quote entry in Oracle System.
2 Read technical proposal from Inside sales team and identify product selection information.
3 Choose or apply for correct CPQ code based on products configure.
4 Enter products code and technical data into Oracle System.
5 Communicate with Inside sales team when discrepancies occurred.
6 Communicate with COE team for part number creation and pricing adjustment.
7 Communicate with PMO team for PO & shipment related issues.
8 Oracle system quote entry expertly and ensure the selling price in Oracle after quote entry is consistent with technical proposal and product selection.
Qualifications
1 Bachelor degree required
2 Experience with valve selection and related technical background preferred.
3 Experience with Oracle system strongly preferred.
4 Detail orientation, ability to identify system errors.
5 Good analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
6 Good Team player and able to communicate effectively.
7 English skill is a must have.
8 Prefer 1+ year in the flow control industry with knowledge of valve and actuation applications or related knowledge of fluid mechanics and electro-mechanical equipment.
9 Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.
