Job Responsibilities
• Take Leader FSG China Project Team for Project execution.
• Territorial coverage includes the whole China region and selected metering skids project in the overseas projects.
• Lead engineering team delivery the Project target and keep improving the internal process.
• P & L accountability for assigned Daniel Systems Projects with project values
• Account coverage primarily for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries
Basic Qualifications
• Degree in Electrical / Petrochemical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering.
• Familiar with the System design and instruments sizing. Skilled use AutoCAD, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process control industry and project management, with at least 3 years in managing of concurrent system projects..
• Excellent technical background regarding to the mechanical, E&I design or site experience of instruments solution and SCADA system.
• Solid people management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of commercial and financial issues, PMP is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and results-oriented.
• Decisive, drive and ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions.
• Proven skills in the use of project tools (such as MS Project) and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Good personality, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to execute tasks independently, effectively, a good team player with analytical and judgement skills.
