Job Description
Work closely with our valued customers, strategic account sales and Lifecycle service teams to drive customer loyalty.
Use knowledge and communication skills to handle customer needs through toll-free hotline, WeChat customer support center interactive chat, official website online chat, customer support email and other public channels. Help identify and Track Qualified leads, achieving a closed loop of leads
Job Responsibilities
1. Fully understand the company's products or services, handling customer requirements from multiple channels, combing business leads based on product portfolio, customer specifications.
2. Maintain close relationships with valued customers, strategic account sales, customer support center and business unit Lifecycle service teams, interact cross-functionally to assist in resolution of issue and customer escalation.
3. Collect customer feedback and suggestions and communicate them to relevant departments to improve products and services.
4. Create and update process definition documents and workflows, support on testing for new and existing working processes and applications.
5. Actively keep a complete profile of the customer organization up to date via business system.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
Basic Qualifications
1. Ability to communicate well across a matrix organization. Interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.
2. Strong learning ability, proactive and meticulous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, strong logic and good stress resistance.
3. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
4. Fluent in English (Spoken and written) along with country language.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Knowledge of process control and instrumentation, system knowledge is preferred.
7. Occupational health and safety acumen.
