法格锻压机床（昆山）有限公司（简称法格锻压）成立于2006年，是由全球最大合作社集团蒙特拉贡集团公司下属的金属成形机床巨头西班牙法格塞达公司（简称法格塞达）在中国投资，注册资本941万美金。西班牙法格塞达公司是压力机、金属板材剪裁和钣金生产线设备的全球专业制造商，业务遍及全球汽车、钢铁和家电制造领域。西班牙法格塞达公司在上海和北京设有代表处负责法格塞达全系列产品在中国市场的市场推展和销售。

法格锻压为客户提供闭式双点和闭式四点各种规格的机械压力机，最大额定吨位可至3,000吨。产品广泛应用于自动化冲压线，多工位压力机，连续模压力机线，开卷落料线，以及试模压力机等。法格锻压同时也提供横切线、钢制铝制材料的纵剪横剪联合线产品。经过近10多年的发展，法格锻压已经拥有了一套生产制造工艺精湛、售后维修服务高效的运营管理体系，致力于为中国汽车行业及零部件制造领域、钢铁和铝材生产商，钢铝服务加工中心，及家用电器制造领域，提供高质量的设备和配套服务。

Fagor Metalforming Machine Tool (Kunshan) Co., Ltd (“FMMTK”) with registered capital 9.41 million US, was founded by Fagor Arrasate S. Coop. (“FA”) in 2016, the subsidiary company of the biggest cooperative corporation of the world, Mondragon Group Corporation. Fagor Arrasate S. Coop. is the globally reputed industrial giant dedicated in metal forming machinery.

Fagor Arrasate is widely known in the manufacturing of presses, equipment of sheet metal forming and shearing for Automotive, Steel and Domestic Appliance industries. In addition to FMMTK, Fagor Arrasate also sets up representative offices in Shanghai and Beijing for business promotion.

FMMTK provides closed two-point and closed four-point mechanical presses, with the maximum rated force up to 3,000 tons. Our products are widely used in automatic stamping line, transfer press line, progressive press line, blanking lines and tryout presses, etc. FMMTK is also responsible for the manufacturing of blanking lines, slitting and cut to length lines to process both Steel and Aluminum.
